Now Welcoming Aboard All PSA Employees!

This week, PSA welcomed 57 new hires to the team in a unique way! We launched Getting Ready for Takeoff, a dynamic approach to orientation. We not only want to educate our new team members on the history and culture of PSA, but to create a “First Day” like no other company.

Our Manager of Development and Engagement, Mary Butts, shares that PSA "wanted to evolve our New Hire Orientation to reflect our culture.” She continues with saying that, “Through this program, our new employees not only receive great information about our benefits, they also learn about our connection to American Airlines, our industry, and most importantly, what it means to live the PSA Way. We want them to feel valued and excited about joining our team. We value feedback and found from our survey that participants were inspired to bring their best to PSA."
