The Interview and Hiring Process

You’ll be on a direct career path from PSA to American Airlines starting your first day. Done at your own pace, this innovative program is both flexible and affordable.


1. Submit your application and interview

We’ll review and contact you with a specific training plan and the cost associated through our partner school, SkyWarrior.


2. Get paid

We’ll provide up to $23,000 toward your transition training and help you apply your VA benefit.


3. Complete your hours

After you complete your flight hours and receive your Multi Engine Rating, we’ll fly you to our company headquarters in Dayton, OH to complete our ATP-CTP. Lodging included.


4. Become a first officer

After your ATP-CTP course, you can now start 13 weeks of ground school.
