The Dispatch Pathway Program is valued at $10,000 and includes paid coverage of the following:
- Six weeks of paid training
- Testing
- Certification (upon successful completion of testing)
- Hotel accommodation
- Stipend for costs during training
Dispatch Program Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for PSA Airlines’ Dispatch Training Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 23 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Dayton, OH for training and the position, without financial assistance from PSA Airlines.
- Training Commitment: The program requires full attendance for six weeks. Any disruptions or absences may result in disqualification and require repayment of training costs.
- Employment Commitment: Upon successful completion of certification and onboarding, trainees must commit to two years with PSA Airlines. Early departure may require reimbursement of training expenses.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
