PSA Offers Flight Attendants the Leading Compensation Package in the Regional Industry
DAYTON, Ohio – PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, Inc., is now proud to offer the regional industry’s leading compensation package for Flight Attendants, which will provide higher pay, commuter benefits and an enhanced quality of life.

Beginning July 1, 2022 all current and incoming Flight Attendants can look forward to the following benefits:
- PSA will flex new hire rates of pay and increase all Flight Attendants at Zero to Year One pay rates up to Year Two rates at $26.53 per hour. This hourly wage will increase to $27.06 when the annual contract adjusts on July 15, 2022.
- All Flight Attendants on property that are not eligible for flex pay will receive a $3,000 retention bonus, paid in two installments – $1,500 on Sept. 15, 2022, and Jan. 15, 2023. Any Flight Attendant who is eligible for the flex pay increase, but receives less than a $3,000 annual increase in base pay, will receive the difference in the same two above installments.
- Eligible Flight Attendants will receive up to $250 each month in commuter hotel reimbursements.
