The Interview and Selection Process

1. Check your qualifications and apply
Aviation maintenance students attending one of our partner schools can submit an application.
2. Student
Continue training with your school and receive continued guidance from PSA team members.
3. Future Mechanic
*Once you’ve passed your general exam and completed your HR leader interview you will be eligible to receive $2,500 in financial assistance.
*depending on school curriculum
4. PSA Mechanic
Upon successful completion of your A&P license and guaranteed interview with a base manager you will receive an additional $2,500 and a priority training class date.
