The Interview and Hiring Process

1. Check your qualifications and apply

Aviation maintenance students attending one of our partner schools can submit an application.

2. Complete the student survey & interview process

After you successfully complete the survey our team will contact you to schedule your interview.

3. Complete the Maintenance Student Pathway Process

The PSA team will offer you support in your studies and mentorship opportunities.

4. Submit your testing dates

Complete and pass Airframe & Powerplant tests and become an A&P Mechanic at PSA.
