Accelerated pay at PSA means every hour you fly over your monthly minimum guarantee is paid at premium. Earn 125% premium pay for hours above 75 to 85. Earn 150% premium pay on hours above 85.

Earn an up to $120,000 in bonuses at the time of flow or direct hire at American. Flow is your guarantee to becoming a First Officer with the world’s largest airline.
