How long have you worked for PSA? 2 Years
How long have you been in the airline industry? Where did you work before PSA? I have been in the airline industry for 2 years. I worked at Wright-Patt Credit Union as a virtual teller and Honda as an HR Co-op.
What brought you to PSA? I’m passionate about helping people and dreamed of working in the airline industry. I immediately applied the moment an opportunity opened at PSA. I’m proud to be part of this incredible company doing what I love and getting to work and support amazing people every day.
Give us a brief overview of what you do: I support the new Workday HRIS system with updating employee records, onboarding, new hire orientations, reporting, help PSA Team Members and other Departments if they have a problem or inquiry, and other administrative duties for the HR Administration Department.

What’s been your favorite destination that you’ve visited in your life? London, England
Tell us about your trip! What made you interested in traveling to Japan? My family in Japan planned a combined birthday celebration for my grandmother turning 88 and my grandfather turning 97. This was the perfect opportunity to visit home with my mom to see our family and friends.
What is something you did/saw that can only be done in Japan? Japanese karaoke is a fun way to bring a group of people together to sing, laugh, and have a good time. My grandma still loves to go to karaoke and sing her heart out. I also recommend trying a Japanese conveyor belt sushi and ramen restaurant too!
What is one experience that you’ve had while visiting Japan that you would encourage our readers to visit, too? One experience I had while visiting Japan was meeting a couple from France who was backpacking all over Asia. It was really cool to hear about their adventures while in Japan. They also loved hearing my family talk about how they grew up in Japan too. I believe connection is the essence of life.
What’s the best travel tip that you’d give to someone flying internationally for the first time? Do your research and be organized before flying internationally for the first time.
What’s the best travel tip that you’d give to someone flying non-rev for the first time?
I highly recommend checking in 24 hours prior, being flexible and starting out with the earliest morning flight on your travel date.
