- First Officer rates at $90-$108 per hour
- Captain rates at $146-$210 per hour
- Line Check Airman rates at $425 per hour

- Pilot Retention Bonus Program, up to $150,000
- High Experience Bonus, $10,000 for those with at least 600 hours of qualified FAR 121 experience.
