We're seeking transitioned or soon-to-be transitioning Military Aviation Maintenance Mechanics who are looking to begin their career in commercial aviation.

  • Work on brand new Bombardier CRJ900 Next Generation, CRJ700 and CRJ200 aircraft in updated facilities

The Interview and Hiring Process

Are you ready to be part of a passionate team that places safety and compliance above all else?

1. Submit your application and interview

We’ll review and contact you with specific training plan and cost associated with training. 

2. Begin training & receive funding

We’ll provide up to $10,000 for your transition training.  

​3. Complete Certification

After you finish training you will complete FAA-regulated testing. Upon passing testing you will receive your Airframe & Powerplant License. 

4. ​Become a PSA Mechanic

You will now begin 5 weeks of PSA maintenance training.
