- Line Check Airmen will receive a 200% pay credit
- Full-time Simulator Instructors, Proficiency Check Airmen, and Aircrew Program Designees will also see a significantly increased pay credit.
- All PSA Line Check Airmen, Proficiency Check Airmen, and Aircraft Program Designees automatically move to the highest pay rate at the end of their fifth year of service

Interview at 50 Hours
Qualifications
- Complete Training as a PSA Direct Entry Captain
- Have previous Line Check Airman experience OR previous experience as a Captain at PSA
- Have previous CRJ 700/900/1000 experience
Interview at 200 Hours
Qualifications
- Complete Training as a PSA Direct Entry Captain
- Have previous Line Check Airman experience
- Have previous Jet PIC (including CRJ 200) OR Aircraft Commander (MIL)
Interview at 300 Hours
Qualifications
- Complete Training as a PSA Direct Entry Captain
- Previous Proficiency Check Airman experience OR Military experience as an Evaluator (Large Transport Category) OR Previous PSA FO experience
- Have previous Jet PIC (including CRJ 200) OR Aircraft Commander (MIL)
