Stephen Kingsley is responsible for the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of PSA’s Inflight organization. His focus on continuous improvement drives excellence in customer service and provides an unparalleled career experience for flight attendants. He joined PSA in 2022 and has introduced several initiatives to increase team member engagement and knowledge utilizing focused listening sessions and technologies friendly to Inflight team members’ on-the-go lifestyle.

Kingsley has 39 years of extensive airline experience in Inflight/Onboard Services. He began his airline career as a flight attendant and subsequently held several positions with increasing responsibility, including Base Manager, Regional Director of Inflight Operations, Managing Director of Inflight Services, and Managing Director of Food and Beverage at American Airlines. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the International Flight Service Association (IFSA) Education Foundation, an industry trade group supporting the onboard hospitality industry.
