- Fleet Type: CRJ 700 and CRJ 900
- Minimum of 12 days off per month with PBS (preferential bidding system)
- Quality of Life on Reserve: Long Call Reserve, Short Call Reserve, Ready Reserve
- Reserve Pilots will receive a minimum of 12 days off per month with PBS
- Career progression including SIM Instructor, Ground Instructor, Corporate roles and more
COMPENSATION & BONUSES
• Experience Bonus: $250,000
- $175,000 paid in first paycheck
- $75,000 paid at one year anniversary
• Hotel Expenses up to $250 per month for eligible commuters
• Starting Wages $150-$217 (Pilot Pay Scale)
